SUEZ has introduced ZeeLung technology, a new approach to aeration that uses gas-permeable media for oxygen delivery. This technology could significantly increase treatment capacity, improve oxygen transfer, and enhance energy efficiency.

NVP Energy has developed a treatment process that removes COD and BOD while generating renewable biogas energy. This process could potentially reduce energy costs and sludge production by up to 90% compared to activated sludge treatment.
